Verriclear reserves the right to accept or decline any order after receiving it. If Verriclear cancels an order after billing, the billed amount will be fully refunded. Products purchased from Verriclear online will be shipped to addresses within our served regions, including the U.S., Canada, and Brazil, subject to applicable local and international export control laws and regulations. Shipping restrictions apply, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.
Delivery Terms and Risk Transfer
The Seller will deliver goods FOB (Free On Board) to the Buyer's address as provided in the shipping instructions, unless otherwise stated on the Checkout Page. Delivery dates are approximate and may vary based on various factors including shipping method, destination, and customs processing for international orders. Title to and risk of loss for the goods transfers to the Buyer upon delivery by the Seller, which occurs at the moment the carrier delivers the package to the specified delivery address. The Buyer assumes all responsibility for the product upon successful delivery.
